I am a motivated and adaptable chemical engineer graduate with a strong customer-focused approach and a results-oriented mindset. My academic background includes a BSc in Chemical Engineering from Kyambogo University, where I developed a solid foundation in the principles of chemical processing. I have honed my professional and technical skills through various roles in the chemical processing industry, particularly in quality assurance and production management.
Throughout my career, I have achieved significant milestones, including being recognized as Supervisor of the Year in the Quality Assurance Department at APDL. My experience includes leading teams, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures, and managing quality budgets. I have successfully implemented and maintained quality management systems, conducted internal and external audits, and trained quality inspectors to uphold the highest standards of production.
Currently, I serve as a Shift Manager at Seret Grains Uganda Limited, where I oversee team management and ensure excellent customer service. My goal is to leverage my expertise in chemical engineering and quality assurance to contribute to a dynamic organization that values innovation and continuous improvement.
