My journey has taken me through various roles at Uganda Breweries Limited, where I have led teams to consistently meet and exceed production targets while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. I pride myself on my ability to implement robust quality assurance protocols and conduct thorough risk assessments, which have significantly improved operational efficiency.

My expertise extends to stakeholder management and team mentorship, where I have successfully fostered a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. I have a strong background in utilizing SAP for production tracking and reporting, and I am well-versed in Lean Manufacturing tools.
