Hope Nachilya

At Amiran Zambia Balton CP Company, I support sales-shop operations by attending to clients, making direct sales, answering the sales hotline, and advising clients virtually.

I work with the company database system, Epicol, while managing data entry, categorization, record keeping, customer invoicing, inventory, and structured online and field research. I also support seedling management in the greenhouse nursery.

Previously, at Consolidated Farming Limited, I supported the Factory Manager’s department with payroll preparation, employee queries, documentation, internal reports, and operational workflows.

I’m motivated by identifying client needs, presenting tailored solutions, building long-term customer relationships, and contributing to business growth in remote and independent work environments.
