At RiskView AI, I designed the methodology for and led the AI-assisted build of a risk matrix engine for AI models aligned with NIST AI RMF and ISO 42001. It includes mandatory human approval of every AI proposal, a draft Statement of Applicability, and reporting with heat maps and KRIs.

As Manager, Risk Advisory at Scotiabank Dominican Republic, I led non-financial risk programs across seven Caribbean jurisdictions and reported results to corporate headquarters in Toronto. I also designed operational risk metrics and KRI frameworks calibrated to country- and district-level risk appetite.

Earlier at Scotiabank Dominican Republic, I designed card fraud detection and prevention strategies and led AML/CFT compliance investigations. I began there in accounting and close, recording and reconciling transactions and preparing financial reports.
