I've led fraud prevention at MIO Banreservas, developing and implementing strategies to reduce economic losses without affecting approval rates.
I analyze transactions, create and configure specialized risk-engine rules, and identify threats and vulnerabilities across card-present and card-not-present activity. I also monitor approval rates by internal response and ISO codes, authentication, tokenization, and key process indicators.
At Stratis, I work in authorizations and fraud, quantifying the impact of improvement strategies and presenting recommendations to product, business, authorization, fraud, and automation teams.
I use SQL Server, Power BI, Excel, LexisNexis, Monitor Plus, Sentinel, Preventio, and World-Check to turn risk data into clear operational decisions.
