At MIO, I led fraud prevention across issuing and acquiring, balancing authorization performance with protection for cardholders and affiliated merchants. I assessed the acquiring anti-fraud framework across 28 components and created a prioritized work plan, 12-month roadmap, and KPI dashboard.
At Asociación Popular de Ahorros y Préstamos (APAP), I designed fraud prevention and detection strategies supported by statistical, analytical, and artificial intelligence models. Earlier, at Banco Popular Dominicano, I was responsible for preventing and detecting fraud on cards and transfers, and supervised ATM transactions.
