I’m looking to lead architecture and delivery of mission-critical platforms—combining backend engineering with AI-assisted practices—to improve reliability, scalability, and observability while mentoring teams and driving measurable outcomes.

I’m a Principal Engineer with 20+ years of experience designing and building enterprise applications across banking, ITSM, and AI-driven platforms. I lead architecture and delivery of large-scale, high-available, fault-tolerant systems, combining strong backend engineering with practical engineering leadership.

In my current role at Standard Chartered Bank, I’m modernizing Early Alerts and Waivers into Kubernetes-based microservices using Spring Boot. I own end-to-end technical delivery—architecture, mentoring, Azure DevOps pipelines, and production readiness—and drive OpenSpec adoption alongside AI-assisted engineering practices to accelerate development while maintaining quality, scalability, and reliability.

Previously at Societe Generale Global Solution Centre, I managed delivery as an Engineering Manager / Principal Engineer and helped build an enterprise ITSM API platform with measurable deployment and incident improvements. I’ve also delivered AIOps and predictive maintenance capabilities, integrating machine learning with observability to reduce manual monitoring and incident rates, and led enterprise Documentum-based document management and archiving programs.
