What I'm looking for

I’m looking to build scalable backend systems for knowledge systems and AI applications—especially information retrieval, intelligent email processing, and workflow automation—where I can own architecture, integrate APIs across services, and improve reliability with continuous feedback.

I’m a Backend Engineer experienced in building complex business Knowledge Systems across enterprise software, telecommunications, retail, e-commerce, education technology, and AI applications. I turn business rules, knowledge, and workflows into scalable backend systems through software evaluation, API design, and system integration. I also focus on knowledge extraction, automated labeling, and continuous model refinement using a feedback-driven architecture.

Most recently, I’ve been developing and improving knowledge systems, information retrieval, and workflow automation, including intelligent AI email processing. Previously, I owned retail applications and operations to improve reliability and maintain stable day-to-day workflows, and I built automation scripts to accelerate issue verification and root-cause analysis. Earlier, as a Technical Manager / Solution Architect, I designed maintainable, reusable enterprise solutions and promoted architectural thinking across teams.
