I’m a customer-focused Process Associate with hands-on experience supporting U.S.-based clients through calls and communication channels. I’ve built a strong foundation in resolving inquiries efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service.

In my role, I managed customer inquiries, handled sales inquiries, and supported customers with order-related issues. I’m especially confident in secure payment processing, including credit card data handling through Apple Pay and PayPal workflows.

Alongside my professional experience, I’m currently pursuing an HND in Engineering and a Diploma in Information Technology. I’m known for learning quickly, adapting in team environments, and bringing structured attention to detail to every task.

I bring clear communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to fast-moving processes. My goal is to keep improving service quality while contributing reliably to teams that value accuracy, ownership, and customer satisfaction.
