I’m a recent Information Systems graduate with hands-on experience across network administration support and end-user assistance. I enjoy turning complex issues into clear, practical solutions—especially when users need fast help and confidence.

In my current role as a Customer Support Agent at CCI Rwanda for JetBlue, I handle high-volume inquiries by phone and resolve needs related to flight reservations, changes, cancellations, and airline policies. I focus on strong communication and problem-solving to ensure positive customer experiences.

My government internships strengthened my technical foundation. At MINIJUST, I supported staff with digital tools (including GOVCA and property declaration processes) and maintained hardware by replacing HDDs with SSDs, repairing screens, and troubleshooting office printers.

At NAEB, I contributed to a network infrastructure upgrade—installing and configuring surveillance cameras, network switches, and fiber optic cables—while also resolving hardware/software issues, performing OS upgrades, and managing user access in the domain. I’m especially motivated by networking fundamentals I observed in the server room’s three-tier architecture (firewalls, switches, NAS, SAN), and by cybersecurity growth through my ThinkCyber certifications.
