I am a highly skilled Computer Systems Engineer with a strong background in the automotive sector. Throughout my career, I have played various roles and developed my skills in consulting, support, and product management. My main focus has been on the Dealer Management System (DMS) using Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
I have provided support and diagnosis for everyday problems related to the automotive sector, specifically for Mercedes Benz and BMW in Mexico and Latin America. I have also worked as a team leader and project manager, implementing and automating processes through management systems aimed at the automotive sector. My experience includes working with applications such as Xentry Portal Pro, MRA, and ISPA.
In addition to my technical skills, I have strong stakeholder and sponsorship management abilities. I have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a software option and have completed project management training at CACP Los Galeana UNAM and the Project Management Institute (PMI). I am a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and have experience in implementing DMS systems and training end users.
