At VW Auto Haus, I was responsible for IT operations for a Volkswagen dealer group. I administered Windows servers, LAN/WAN networks, and Hyper-V virtualization, and implemented security and access-control policies using Fortinet Firewall.
At Chrysler de México – TSC, I supported systems managers across the national dealer network and developed a web system for the annual dealer satisfaction survey. Earlier, at Grupo Elektra– CAPTA, I provided specialized technical support to executives at Banco Azteca and Elektra branches.
