At VIAS3D, a Dassault Systemes Partner, I supported CATIA and 3DEXPERIENCE customers in Mexico. I connected Creo Parametric with 3DEXPERIENCE for a customer, implemented Zoho Desk ticket management, and delivered training to reduce recurring support requests.
At PACCAR (Kenworth), I analyzed manufacturing processes for exhaust systems and developed cost reduction projects. I also validated BOM changes and led exhaust system design changes for the U.S. market, coordinating with engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers.
