At H.C.M. Business Consultants, I direct end-to-end implementations of enterprise software for fiscal and regulatory compliance, from requirements and estimation through testing, Go Live, stabilization, and support. I coordinate multidisciplinary teams and work with executive stakeholders to align scope, priorities, risks, and deliverables.

I’ve helped restart stalled projects, coordinated an implementation for more than 50 legal entities, and identified fiscal data inconsistencies that led to reconciliation solutions and operational improvements. I also use Oracle SQL to analyze data, reconcile information, and resolve production incidents, and I deliver demos and training in Spanish and English.
