I'm Chief of Staff at Independence OS, an early-stage AI healthcare startup, six months in. I report to the founder and operate as Product Owner of MedExchange — our marketplace for buying and selling US medical practices. I built the valuation engine that prices every listing, the listing flows across multiple physician personas, and an agentic broker outreach pipeline that converts cold contacts into LOI-ready deals. Alongside the product work, I run hiring, finance, and operations for the Bangalore engineering hub, including an agentic hiring pipeline I built on Claude Code that consolidates 244 candidates from 10 agencies into a single ranked dashboard.

The thread across my work is AI-first execution. I don't use Claude Code, MCP servers, and agentic tools as features — they're the substrate I operate on. The default is: find a multi-day workflow, replace it with an agentic system, ship it in days. That pattern compresses the gap between problem identified and problem fixed, which is the actual job.

Before Independence OS: – Swiggy (Asst. Manager, Product & Strategy): owned the Campus Rewards Program end-to-end; AI-based onboarding I launched drove a 20% lift in daily orders – Cars24 (Program Manager): owned regional P&L and customer experience for North & East India retail across multiple HUBs; the region delivered the highest NPS at Cars24 and held the #1 zone rank month-over-month – NEETprep / GoodEd (Associate PM): ran paid growth and lifecycle end-to-end; drove 60% YoY revenue growth via paid channels and a 30% lift in cold-lead conversions through GenAI personalization – Delhivery (Strategy Intern): authored handling SOPs that saved INR 30 Lakhs in two months

Education: B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from IIT Delhi (2019–2023).

What I'm looking for next: Senior PM, Founding PM, Strategy, or Founder's Office roles at Series A–D startups, ideally AI-native or in healthcare, marketplaces, fintech, or B2B SaaS. Bangalore-based, open to remote. I do my best work founder-direct, with full ownership of an outcome rather than a feature.
