What I'm looking for

I'm targeting Product Support Analyst, Business Analyst, Systems Support and Information Management roles where organisation, documentation, technology interest, analytical problem solving and stakeholder-focused communication are valued.

My project-based research work has involved collecting and reviewing information from official sources for higher-education research and programme databases. I verified source details, standardised records and documented findings in consistent formats.

On an e-commerce analytics project, I cleaned customer and transaction data and used Excel, SQL and MySQL to investigate business patterns. I also developed Power BI dashboards to communicate customer, sales and profitability-related findings.

For the Supplement Nepal project, I designed a web-based e-commerce system concept focused on product and customer information. I used PHP, MySQL, HTML and CSS, applying requirements analysis and relational database planning to shape the system functionality.
