At Evolve Brands Pvt. Ltd., I own end-to-end operations for enterprise B2B and B2I loyalty programs and serve as the primary client contact. I manage program governance, client reviews, and escalations to support retention.
I lead coordination across MIS, analytics, customer support, QA/testing, business analysis, and development teams. I also oversee dashboards and operational reporting to support business decisions.
Previously, I managed day-to-day loyalty program delivery across retailer, distributor, and influencer ecosystems. I supported onboarding, program logic validation, UAT coordination, and workflow automation; I was also part of the core team managing the VGuard influencer loyalty program, which received the ACEF Award.
