Co-founded and serve as CEO of LedgerFlow.ai, an enterprise-grade ledger, fraud protection, reconciliation, and compliance platform for African PSPs, fintechs, and financial institutions. Platform processes at 466+ TPS with 11ms core transaction latency, supports 170+ ISO 4217 currencies, and holds Visa Partner status.

Advised the founding team of VanaPower, a vanadium electrolyte and long-duration energy storage (LDES) business built around Vanadium Redox Flow Battery (VRFB) technology. Supported an electrolyte design partnership with the University of Limerick and advised on a seed fundraising round.

Founded Zipedy, a last-mile delivery service for retail clients, building it to a successful private acquisition. Grew to 20 retail clients across nearly 50 delivery locations with a lean core team of 3 internal employees and a network of 20+ drivers.

Co-founded Honeycomb, acting as CTO while operating as a hands-on C-level generalist across product, operations, and strategy. Led the company through to a successful merger with Credit Check, a Grovest-funded fintech, in 2025.

Outlined a 24-month product and technology roadmap and development strategy. Delivered the R&D for the Playbook AI initiative and assisted in the design and delivery of 30+ use cases in under 6 months.

Built and led a high-performing team of 200+ technologists across 5 countries, scaling the team 150%+ in two years. Led delivery of all software products globally across 3 product groups and 15+ products, improving departmental maturity from Level 1 to Level 4.

Maximized ROI on operational expenditure, improving the technology budget by 50%. Stabilized existing applications and platforms to industry-leading standards and rearchitected technical infrastructure to enable scalable growth.

Launched the CX platform (AvX) globally to 90 countries in 30 languages, used daily by 5,000+ client staff. Improved product reliability by over 50%, reaching 99.9% SLA targets, and managed multinational teams of 25 across 3 continents.
