Designed and delivered a board-ready technology strategy plan including an AI strategic integration framework and digital transformation master plan within three weeks. Implemented an enterprise IT Service Management framework across a multi-site, 1,800-staff operation and is overhauling legacy infrastructure into a unified intelligence layer.

Built a greenfield real estate portfolio from zero capital to full revenue generation, delivering strong capitalisation rate and cash-on-cash return performance. Drove revenue growth using AI-informed pricing algorithms and tenant risk modelling.

Built and governed the Group IT Division from greenfield, establishing PMO, Business Analysis, Service Desk, and a Technical Division. Designed IT support with tiered L1/L2/L3 escalation, ITIL-governed incident and problem management, SLA frameworks, and a Change Advisory Board, and implemented COBIT 5-aligned GRC with ITIL and disaster recovery architecture.

Led a multi-site Service Management transformation, redesigning the Service Desk operating model and implementing ITIL-aligned incident management, SLA governance, and continuous service improvement. Governed end-to-end vendor relationship lifecycles including SLA negotiation and contract drafting through site compliance.

Served in a dual mandate as Head of ICT (local) and Head of Projects & Operations across Africa, architecting PMO governance and driving service desk operations and IT support strategy. Implemented tiered support structures, SLA frameworks, and incident management processes across 30 branches with P&L and multi-million capex accountability.
