What I'm looking for

I seek a senior role in higher education or L&D where I can lead curriculum innovation, faculty development, and technology-enhanced learning to drive measurable student outcomes.

I am an instructional designer and higher education leader with over 20 years' experience designing curriculum, faculty development programs, and evidence-based digital learning experiences. I hold a PhD in English Education and a Fulbright Postdoctoral Certificate in Education, and I focus on integrating pedagogy, technology, and learning assessment to improve student engagement.

Throughout my career I have designed and delivered graduate-level courses, led centers for teaching and learning, supervised research, and delivered international workshops and keynote presentations. I have worked as an associate professor, director of teacher training, and consultant for international organizations (GIZ, UNICEF, IOM, OSCE, Helvetas), developing training programs, learning frameworks, and accreditation-aligned initiatives.

My scholarly record includes peer-reviewed publications on motivation, active learning, emotional intelligence, and technology integration, and I have a proven track record of building institutional capacity in teaching innovation, blended learning models, and program evaluation.
