As an Account Manager for Customer Support & Onboarding at Uzapoint, I manage client accounts end-to-end and lead product demos that walk SME clients through Uzapoint’s POS and business management platform. I facilitate onboarding workshops for smooth adoption, follow up on leads, and support the sales pipeline through consultative client engagement.

Before that, I worked as a Data Moderator at MS Office Suite iSON Xperiences, where I reviewed and moderated data for accuracy and compliance, flagging issues while maintaining quality standards. I also supported data organization and integrity across assigned projects, strengthening my attention to detail and process discipline.

Alongside my client-facing roles, I’ve been working as a Graphic Designer at Aura Graphics, creating visual content for digital and print—social media, branding, ads, and posters. I’ve developed brand identities (logos, color palettes, and typography systems) and produced marketing materials under tight deadlines using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
