At Savana, I work as a Human Resources Specialist. I also work as a Human Resources Officer at Dawaa Alhayat, where I continue to build my experience in HR.
My training includes Advanced payroll (iraq /KRG) rules and Human Resource Management. I’ve also completed coursework in strategic human resources, compensation and benefits, and performance management.
At FastPay, I worked in operations, customer service, and CRM, including as a Customer Service Acting Manager. Earlier, I worked as a Lecturer at CIS College and a Supervisor at International School of Choueifat.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Salahaddin University-Erbil. My skills include training program design and delivery, employee learning and development, and organizational culture.
