What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a permanent work-from-home Operations Virtual Assistant role supporting an Australian service-based business, with flexible hours within Australian Central Daylight Time.

At Brosis Group, I provide day-to-day operational support to beverage companies, focusing on accurate records, scheduling, systems and reporting. For a 12-month remote engagement with Ignite International, I supported its Hydration product line in South Africa and coordinated its commercial roll-out into Australia, Brazil and Dubai.

I designed and built a global ERP/MRP system with automations, and delivered structured operational reporting through Monday.com. I also coordinated supplier onboarding and product development workflows, maintaining documentation and checklists as procedures evolved.

Previously, at Inhle New Opco, I supported production planning, inventory control and process documentation in a manufacturing environment. I’m seeking a permanent work-from-home Operations Virtual Assistant role supporting an Australian service-based business, with flexible hours within ACDT.
