What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a technical support role where I can resolve complex device and connectivity issues, manage escalations, mentor teammates, and improve customer experiences through efficient troubleshooting.

I'm currently supporting Wi-Fi device customers at Movate Technologies, handling setup, configuration, troubleshooting, software updates, connectivity issues, and performance optimization. I use Salesforce and remote-access tools to resolve issues efficiently and maintain customer satisfaction.

Previously at Sutherland supporting Amazon Digital Devices and platforms, I progressed to Subject Matter Expert and DART member. I handled high-priority escalations, mentored 15 associates, conducted quality audits, and collaborated with engineering teams on unresolved technical issues.
