At Brightpeers Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd., I gather and analyse requirements, then translate them into workflows, business rules, validations, and functional documentation. For the eApostille Platform, I led requirements gathering and created a Work Order and Document Status Validation Matrix to support implementation and functional validation.
I currently perform BA and QA activities for the Notary Public Platform, developing BRD/FRD and analysing applicant and administrative workflows. I also contributed to functional and integration validation for the Statewide Voter Registration System, including support for validation during a live West Virginia state primary election.
Before Brightpeers, I managed healthcare practice relationships and post-go-live operations at eClinicalWorks India Pvt. Ltd. My earlier experience spans business development, client management, sales, distribution, and business operations across media, telecom, and FMCG.
