What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own full-cycle talent acquisition and recruitment operations, collaborate closely with hiring managers, and use ATS/HRIS data to improve pipeline quality, hiring speed, and onboarding outcomes—ideally in a remote or hybrid setup.

I’m a Talent Acquisition and HR Operations professional with 7 years of experience supporting technical, engineering, and non-technical hiring across remote and on-site teams. I specialize in talent sourcing, candidate pipeline management, and ATS-driven recruitment workflows that keep hiring moving in fast-paced environments.

In my recent roles, I’ve coordinated interview scheduling, candidate tracking, onboarding, and offer documentation while maintaining recruitment records and employee data through HRIS/HRMS tools. I also serve as a point of contact for employee queries and HR support, partnering with stakeholders on talent acquisition initiatives and process improvements.
