What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an HR leadership role where I can drive end-to-end HR—talent acquisition, employee engagement, payroll/HRIS, performance management, and compliance—while building a positive culture through structured policies, training, and data-informed decisions.

I’m an HR Manager with comprehensive experience in end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding and exit formalities, payroll processing, and maintaining strong employee relations. I focus on compliance with labour laws, policy formulation, and creating a safe, secure working environment.

In my roles, I’ve led performance management through annual and mid-year reviews and designed a structured performance appraisal system aligned with organizational goals. I also build capability by executing training and development programs based on skill gap analysis, improving workforce capability and engagement.

I bring an employee-first mindset, designing employee connect programs, welfare initiatives, and engagement activities that strengthen morale and retention. I’ve also managed HRIS and maintained accurate HR and payroll documentation, while leveraging graphology to help analyze personality traits and behavior for better hiring, selection, and workforce development.
