What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own customer experience and drive retention through strong operations. I want to lead teams, meet growth targets, and continuously improve engagement and service quality in a fast-paced environment.

I have spent 10 years building client relationships and running operations — progressing from personal trainer and studio founder to managing two of Amsterdam’s busiest clubs with 45+ staff and 5,000+ members.

What I do best is make things run smoothly and make people feel genuinely looked after. I have grown client bases, led teams, managed budgets, and handled everything from day-to-day operations to high-profile client relationships.

I speak English fluently and am multilingual, which has been an asset throughout my career working with diverse, international clients.
