At Stardust Solar, I support franchisee engagement, improve CRM documentation, and contribute to business development by contacting commercial organizations. Previously at U+ Education, I developed and facilitated five leadership workshops for more than 200 volunteers.
I've also supported hiring and interviewed candidates at Hillberg & Berk and Old Navy, where I conducted approximately 70 interviews, coordinated onboarding, coached employees, and helped manage teams of up to 35 people.
