What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Human Resources / People & Culture role where I can apply analytical thinking and strong communication to support organizational development, corporate wellness, and sustainable performance in an environment focused on excellence and human growth.

I’m an undergraduate in Business Administration and I’ve built a strong foundation with complementary education in finance, strategy, and organizational management. Through an international semester abroad at IPAG Business School and targeted programs at IBMEC, I developed a global, multicultural perspective to bring to fast-paced teams.

As a Commercial Trainee at Gamma Capital, I support commercial and administrative routines by monitoring demands, assisting with client relationship management, and organizing internal processes. I work across departments to support strategic and operational needs, using an analytical, responsible approach in high-demand environments.

Outside of work, I’m motivated by excellence in human development—specifically Strategic Human Resources, People & Culture, Organizational Development, Corporate Wellness, and People Management. My high-performance athlete background strengthened discipline, resilience, emotional management, and decision-making under pressure, and my volunteer experience reinforced a people-centered mindset.
