I spent the last 5 years at Itaú Private Bank in São Paulo (Brazil), where I helped to manage 1 BI USD in assets for ultra-high-net-worth families and closed complex deals ranging from 1-100M USD. While financially rewarding, I was frustrated by the role of sophisticated intermediary rather than builder.

My journey began as a Trainee (selected from 50k+ candidates - less than 1% approved), rotating through six business areas where my core responsibility was identifying and solving operational problems. This experience revealed my true passion: not just executing existing processes, but creating solutions from scratch. The trainee program also gave me a holistic understanding of how different business units interconnect. After the program, I progressed to Investment Analysis and then to Commercial roles in Private Banking.

After years of seeing problems I couldn't solve and opportunities I couldn't pursue due to natural constraints of a 90,000-person organization, I'm ready to channel my skills in another direction. I'm particularly drawn to early-stage companies (Series A/B) attacking traditional industries with innovative approaches.

I'm seeking Growth/Sales roles where I can leverage my expertise in complex sales cycles, customer psychology, and strategic thinking to drive meaningful growth. Open to late co-founder opportunities with exceptional teams.
