What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead 0–1 and 1–N product initiatives where I can turn ambiguous opportunities into validated products, align cross-functional teams, and improve customer discovery, conversion, and operational workflows.

I've built and launched digital products across global retail, marketplaces, fintech, and AI infrastructure. Most recently, I'm founding Wildpack, a wildlife lifelist app and gear storefront designed to make wildlife watching educational and gamified.

At TireAgent, I led 0–1 development of a new vertical marketplace that reached $200K monthly revenue. I also improved engineering velocity by 10% and coordinated a fintech UX/UI redesign that increased conversion by 4% across 15+ lenders.

At Decathlon, I led localization, personalization, search, marketplace, and internal tooling initiatives for catalogs of 200,000+ SKUs. My work contributed $500K in incremental revenue, $100K in monthly revenue from a product-creation tool, and a marketplace launch onboarding 50+ sellers.
