What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a RN role where I can lead care coordination and continuity, perform high-quality clinical triage, and advocate for patient-driven, multidisciplinary care—supported by strong protocols and opportunities to grow into leadership.

I’m a compassionate Registered Nurse with extensive direct patient care and care coordination expertise across Emergency, NICU, Operating Room, and community-based home health settings. My core strengths are complex patient assessment, clinical triage, and multidisciplinary collaboration to execute individualized care plans.

In perioperative, neonatal, and high-volume acute environments, I act as a key liaison between patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure clear communication and continuity of care. I maintain strict adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards, and I document nursing interventions and patient responses accurately in electronic health records.

I also bring strong utilization management principles and clinical review habits to support timely access to care and system efficiency. I’m currently completing a BSN to further enhance leadership in patient care coordination.
