Aubrey Starkweather

I am a dedicated registered nurse with a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care in high-acuity environments. Currently, I work in the Emergency Department at Promedica Toledo Hospital, where I manage the care of critically ill patients. My role involves not only bedside care but also effective communication with physicians to ensure timely interventions and optimal patient outcomes.

Previously, I gained valuable experience in the NICU at Promedica Ebeid Children’s Hospital, where I assisted nursing staff and facilitated patient flow. My background also includes working as a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) in long-term care, where I developed a deep understanding of patient needs and the importance of compassionate care. I am passionate about continuing my professional development and making a positive impact in the lives of my patients.
