I'm looking to provide high-acuity, family-centered pediatric care for medically complex patients, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, evidence-based outcomes.

I've delivered hands-on care for medically fragile, ventilator-dependent children at Bethany Children's Health Center and pediatric acute and complex-care patients at OU Health.

I manage ventilators, tracheostomies, seizure protocols, G-tube nutrition, and individualized care plans for children with neurological, respiratory, and complex medical needs. I work closely with physicians, therapists, and families to provide safe, family-centered care and support care transitions.

My adult medical-surgical experience at Integris Baptist Medical Center also includes IV therapy, wound care, pain management, post-surgical monitoring, patient education, and discharge planning.
