What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead program coordination that values psychology-informed support, regulatory accuracy, and data-driven outcomes—where I can translate complex policies into clear guidance and strengthen documentation, tracking, and team workflows.

I’m an accomplished Program Administrator and Clinical Supervisor with 15+ years of experience guiding individuals through complex systems, evaluating program eligibility, and managing detailed institutional documentation. With an MS in Psychology, I combine human development and behavioral psychology insight with meticulous administrative logistics and regulatory compliance.

In my current FAIR Program role, I assess complex scenarios using programmatic guidelines to support accurate, data-driven participant outcomes. I also build and manage a centralized digital archive of departmental forms and communication templates in Microsoft Outlook, and I translate regulatory frameworks into clear, actionable milestones for clients and internal teams.

Previously, as a Caseworker Supervisor for Delaware’s subsidized daycare program, I evaluated eligibility applications and financial documentation against rigid state matrices. I led data integrity and reporting for extensive caseloads across cross-departmental platforms, served as an institutional expert on policy education, and delivered structured one-on-one advisory support to help people navigate complex institutional processes.
