As Country Director for Global Glimpse in Ecuador, I established an office and doubled operational capacity, overseeing execution of USD 200,000 per fiscal year. Earlier, as Technical Advisor and Liaison with the World Bank Group, I supported the 2014 Sierra Leone Labour Force Survey during the Ebola outbreak and co-facilitated training for about 60 government officials.
