At Trade Wise, I own the business-systems and operations layer for a business-financing operation. I ran the GoHighLevel-to-HubSpot migration, from data mapping and workflow redesign through cutover and team training, with no disruption to sales.
I also rebuilt core processes and documented them in a master SOP, then created 30+ automations and executive dashboards covering 20+ KPIs. At Concentrix, I delivered LATAM reporting and analytics projects, and took over a 17-person recruitment delivery team during a turnaround.
