Implemented hardened authentication, multi-tenant context, and optimized data-heavy compliance screens.

Owns frontend delivery for a workflow-heavy enterprise case and ticket-management platform, translating ambiguous operational requirements into reusable Angular architecture and reliable GraphQL/REST-integrated product flows. Architected a configurable form-builder ecosystem and implemented WebSocket case updates, approvals, and automation triggers.

Built and maintained full-stack business applications across Angular, Vue.js, Node.js and Express.js, working through UI behavior, API contracts, MySQL-backed data flows and production defects. Created reusable dashboards, forms, tables, filters and administrative components.

Developed Angular and Vue.js workflows for cloud-connected contact-center products integrated with Node.js services, AWS Lambda, API Gateway and Amazon Connect for enterprise customer operations. Built responsive agent-facing interfaces and used CloudWatch telemetry to trace failures.

Delivered full-stack features for B2B marketplace, administrative and internal products across Angular, React, Node.js, Express.js, NestJS and MongoDB. Designed modular frontend structures and developed REST APIs for authentication, admin workflows, data management and third-party integrations.
