At BigPay, I build KYC/eKYC features across Kotlin and Java services, including NRIC address parsing and validation. I integrate third-party identity verification providers such as Onfido and AU10TIX.

I also develop Rust microservices for identity verification workflows and contributed to fraud and risk/compliance systems. A server-side CSV export feature I built saves the Customer Experience team roughly an hour a day of manual work.

At Pulsifi, I developed RESTful APIs and backend workflows, reducing Lambda invocation volume by about 30% on a core application flow. Earlier, at the Software & Application Innovation Lab, I developed backend services for research and public health projects and helped deploy a private LLM instance for sensitive research.
