At Swift Lube, where I served as an Assistant Manager / Lube Technician, I performed oil changes, tire services, and preventative maintenance procedures, including brake and tire service and vehicle inspections. I assisted customers with maintenance recommendations and service explanations, helped drive sales through effective upselling, and supported basic diagnostics & troubleshooting. I also supported daily shop management—helping coordinate daily workflow, dispatching & scheduling, work order management, shop safety & organization, and training and assisting team members in shop procedures and customer service standards.

Before that, at Valvoline as a Lube Technician, I performed oil changes and preventative maintenance services on a wide range of vehicles, replaced air filters and windshield wipers, completed routine fluid checks, and delivered strong customer service in a fast-paced automotive environment. Earlier as a Dispatcher / Office Assistant, I answered high-volume customer calls, scheduled service appointments, dispatched technicians efficiently, processed customer payments and maintained accurate records, and supported customer communication efforts—always resolving customer concerns professionally and keeping operations organized and safety-focused.
