Hassel Jair Mendez Cervantes

I've managed end-to-end translation project workflows at The Spanish Group LLC, coordinating timelines, deliverables, in-house linguists, freelance translators, vendors, and client communication in a remote environment.

I improve turnaround times by identifying bottlenecks, resolving workflow issues, and partnering with operations leadership to strengthen processes. I also review final deliverables against client specifications, deadlines, and quality requirements.

Previously, I supported accounting operations at Chamlaty y Asociados, S.C., handling accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, bank reconciliation, expense tracking, payroll support, and financial reporting.

I bring 8+ years of experience across operations, project coordination, financial administration, and customer service, working fluently in Spanish and English.
