At TCG Digital, I directed delivery and modernization of enterprise analytics platforms, including a PaaS migration across 15 applications with less than two hours of combined downtime. I also worked on a working-capital forecasting platform and a sales-incentive framework for Haldia Petrochemicals Limited.
At TCG Digital, I spearheaded the development and evolution of tcgmcube, from product strategy and architecture through enterprise rollouts. I integrated its BI platform with KNPC’s LIMS for petroleum-product quality prediction, and earlier worked on government digitization and education analytics initiatives at Deloitte and PwC India.
