I manage the partner pipeline end to end, report conversion and outcome metrics, and turn market, competitor, and trend research into outreach and partnership strategy. I also designed the SOP and KPI tracking framework that standardized workflows for a five-person team.

I've facilitated 150+ placements and evaluated 1,500+ candidates against client requirements. My mechanical engineering background supports an analytical, process-focused approach to business development and client relationships.
