I am a hands-on Technical Lead with over 8 years of experience delivering end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 transformations across Finance & Operations, Supply Chain Management, and the Power Platform. I specialize in designing and executing scalable Golden Template solutions, complex integrations, large-scale data migrations using DIXF, and deploying agentic AI with Copilot Studio to automate business workflows.

I have led multinational technical teams, established ALM and GitFlow CI/CD governance for Power Platform Centers of Excellence, and implemented zero-trust RBAC and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA). My work includes consolidating multiple legacy ERPs into unified global instances, accelerating financial close processes, and building multi-agent AI orchestration for case resolution and forecasting.
