I’m a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 professional with 12+ years’ experience delivering enterprise CRM solutions across multiple industries. My focus is solution architecture, system integrations, and customization that turn business needs into scalable, high-performance outcomes.

In my current role as a Self Employed, Senior Dynamics 365 Consultant / Technical Lead (07/2022–Present), I lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementations and design integrations with Azure services, using REST APIs, Service Bus, and event-driven architecture. I also develop and review plugins, custom APIs, and Power Platform solutions to ensure quality, reliability, and maintainable delivery.

I build data and insight capabilities with Dataverse data modeling and security frameworks, plus Power BI dashboards that support decision-making. I optimize system performance for high-volume applications, and I implement CI/CD pipelines and multi-environment deployments using Azure DevOps.

I’ve also led teams and stakeholders through requirement analysis, solution design workshops, and code reviews—mentoring junior engineers along the way. Across projects such as banking CRM transformation, healthcare modernization/compliance, and CRM–ERP integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, I’ve consistently delivered secure automation, improved operational efficiency, and measurable business impact.
