I've led technology business management, financial reporting, and transformation capabilities across Transport for NSW, Commonwealth Bank, and Tier-1 banking environments in Australia and the Middle East.
At Transport for NSW, I own Vendor Insights, self-service reporting, and the Cost Transparency finance layer across a $500m+ technology estate. I improved reporting through automation, eliminating approximately 8–10 hours of manual effort each week while strengthening data quality and decision-making.
Previously at Commonwealth Bank, I owned the enterprise Apptio/TBM capability for a multi-billion-dollar technology portfolio, modernising reporting, improving cost transparency, and mentoring analysts. I'm an Apptio Elite TBMA-certified leader who translates complex financial, data, and technology information into practical outcomes.
