At Howie FlexCo, I built observability for a GenAI platform with Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and Jaeger, adding 80 alert rules while cutting log ingestion by 360 GB a month. I also defined service-level indicators and numeric SLO targets, with error-budget burn-rate alerting.

At eigenKOR, I built AWS infrastructure in Terraform for two trading products and cut the monthly AWS bill by about 40% through right-sizing. I also reduced order-execution latency by 73% by adding Redis caching and message queues.

In my current consulting work for iHeal Information Technology LLC, I moved 10+ services from AWS to Azure and built a Terraform landing zone governed by Azure Policy. I run AKS with restore-tested Velero backups and built 13 self-service CI/CD pipelines.
