I've built and run enterprise-scale governance, change management, and automation delivery at VOIS (Vodafone Intelligent Solutions) across more than nine international markets. I create the operating rhythm, executive visibility, and accountability structures that help senior leaders focus on decisions rather than status chasing.

As the sole owner of change governance, I chaired CAB boards, managed major and emergency change risk, and reduced change-related incidents by about 30%. I also improved SLA resolution from five days to one day, led P1/P2 incident bridges, and built Power BI dashboards that provided live operational visibility while workflow automation generated approximately $50K in annual savings.

Today, I own automation feasibility from SME discovery and SOP analysis through technology selection, UAT, and zero-downtime production go-lives. I co-author High-Level Design documents, secure stakeholder sign-off, run delivery standups, and unblock teams across concurrent global markets.

Earlier, I led state-level sales and channel execution, critical data-center facility operations, and full-lifecycle electrical engineering projects. I'm looking to bring my governance discipline, executive communication, systems thinking, and AI-driven automation curiosity to a Chief of Staff role partnering directly with a COO.
