At Akamai Technologies, I took a premium load balancer tier from concept to launch, using customer feedback to shape the offering. It reached 20,000+ new enterprise subscriptions and generated ~$3M in revenue within three months.
I also partnered with engineering, design, and security teams on a network isolation feature, owning product requirements and interface decisions from concept to launch. It reached 35% adoption across 8,000+ enterprise customer environments in its first month.
My work has also included shaping the customer experience for an NVIDIA GPU instance offering and building an India tax law RAG assistant that reduced incorrect answers to under 17%. I’m currently pursuing an MBA at Carnegie Mellon University Tepper School of Business, with concentrations in AI for Business and Business Technologies.
